Returns Policy
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund, please contact us for further instructions. You will be required to refund the item(s) within 5 days of receipt of item, including pictures of the defective item(s) and full details on what is wrong with the item(s). Also, you may be entitled for full reimbursement of your shipping fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We deserve the right to deny any purchases made on our sites, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, and/or for other reasons.
We use flat shipping for all our items in our store. Shipping fees can be viewed by clicking on "calculate shipping and handling" on the shopping cart page before checkout. Customers must agree to all shipping fees before purchasing an item as we do not do refunds on purchased goods without a valid reason.
For all items that have higher prices, we use EMS express, delivering from our manufacturer/suppliers' warehouses overseas. In most cases you'll just need to wait for 5 working days for goods to arrive when items are delivered through express courier.
For items that are priced below $120, we use tracked or normal air mail depending on the total price purchased, will take 10-14 business days to arrive from the date of shipment in most cases. However, items might take longer to arrive in some cases; and we cannot guarantee the waiting period for the items to arrive for items that are priced below $120. If you do need your items to be sent via express shipping, please contact us regarding this before or right after your purchase, so that we may arrange it for you. Please note that we incur a $20 fee for express shipping.
